Material Disclosure: Our prosthetics are primarily made of Platinum Cure Silicone. They may also contain traces of pigments, flocking, or vaseline based mold release agents.
Patch Test: It is the customer’s responsibility to perform a patch test with any adhesives or the prosthetic material itself before full application.

Returns and Hygiene Policy
Due to the sanitary nature of prosthetic appliances and their one-time-use design, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened.
Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund evaluation

Care should always be taken to follow good hygiene practices keeping both yourself and any brushes or tools sanitary when applying JessFX prosthetics. To prevent cross-contamination, use fresh tools for each model or use disposables. 

Apply and remove Kiera Oke FX prosthetics gently and with care using professional grade products from a reliable supplier. Be especially cautious around sensitive areas. Ensure you take necessary precautions to prepare the surface before application and favour hypo-allergenic products where possible.

Kiera Oke FX holds no responsibility for any cosmetic products used in conjunction with our prosthetics and moulds. We recommend you review all products you intend to use and carry out patch tests 24-48 hours prior to application. Cosmetic products should have safety data sheets available or as a minimum, ingredient lists. Regardless of the results of any patch tests you may wish to avoid using the product(s) on consecutive days.
