🛠 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Material: Encapsulated Silicone (Latex-Free)
Colour: Available in 4 shades, custom colours available, simply add a message to your order. 
🎨 HOW TO APPLY:
Prep: Clean the skin with alcohol to remove oils.
Adhere: Apply a medical-grade adhesive (Pros-Aide or Telesis) to both the skin and the back of the prosthetic.
Blend: Use a solvent that matches the cap plastic you have chosen,  on a cotton bud or brush, to melt the thin edges into the skin.
Colour: Use alcohol-activated paints or cream makeup to match skin tones and add depth to the wound. 
SHIPPING- All items are made to order and take 1-3 working days to make before they are dispatched.
- 🇬🇧 UK customers - standard shipping which is Tracked24, (usually arrives 1-2 days after dispatch) or upgrade to Next day for an additional fee.
- No overseas shipping times can be guaranteed so be sure to order well in advance of when you need the item.
- Overseas Orders usually take 4-14 days to arrive but can take longer if held up in customs, so it’s best to allow a month.
- 🌏 For all other international customers, please note your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer and often collected upon delivery. These vary widely from country to country and can be researched with your country's customs office or government website. DELIVERY.

1-3 DAYS PROCESSING TIME BEFORE DISPATCH.

Shipped via Royal Mail, Standard tracked 24 unless upgraded to First class (For first class orders the 1-3 processing time still applys!)

For overseas + USA Standard tracked, usually takes between 4-14 days, although there may be custums delays which is out of my control, so please order well in advance! 

RETURNS.

Due to the sanitary nature of prosthetic appliances and their one-time-use design, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened.
Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund evaluation

Our prosthetics are primarily made of Platinum Cure Silicone. They may also contain traces of pigments, flocking, or vaseline based mold release agents.
Patch Test: It is the customer’s responsibility to perform a patch test with any adhesives or the prosthetic material itself before full application.
Liability: Kiera Oke FX is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products or third-party adhesives.​

Apply and remove Kiera Oke FX prosthetics gently and with care using professional grade products from a reliable supplier. Be especially cautious around sensitive areas. Ensure you take necessary precautions to prepare the surface before application and favour hypo-allergenic products where possible. Remove carefully and with the appropriate solvents, do not try to rip off.
